I am a stay at home mom, which is convenient because my greatest hobby and one of my passions–reading–is easily done from my workplace. I have four lovely, chaotic children (born within four years of each other), and a wonderful man to call my own. I am also a Christian–a word overused and misunderstood in our times–a follower and (imperfect) imitator of Christ. My goal? To follow where He leads, at any cost, because He was willing to pay the ultimate cost for me. “We love Him, because He first loved us”. By the way, He’s the author of a really good book. Perhaps you have read it? It weaves a thread of eternity throughout the whole of human history; it introduces the cosmic battle of good versus evil, in the midst of the mundane. It can pierce the soul in a single phrase, and delve to the depths of the human heart. It is expansive and personal, revealing the Author in a myriad of ways and situations; it is the Ultimate Autobiography. If I only had one book I could keep and read, it would be that one. It never grows old–it truly is the Good Book.
